Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MBBS/BDS doctor to join our team as a Webinar Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of webinar programs, including speaker recruitment, program management, hosting, and collaboration with the marketing team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for medical education.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
Identify and reach out to potential speakers within the medical community.
Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and subject matter experts.
Coordinate with the medical affairs team to ensure speakers meet accreditation and quality standards.
Program Management:
Develop webinar content in collaboration with speakers and content experts.
Create detailed program schedules and timelines for webinar events.
Coordinate logistics, including webinar platform setup, technical support, and participant registration.
Webinar Hosting:
Host live webinars, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to schedules.
Facilitate Q&A sessions and engage participants during webinars.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to speakers and participants as needed.
Collaboration with the Marketing Team:
Work closely with the marketing team to promote webinar events and increase attendance.
Provide input on marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and website content.
Track and analyze webinar performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
MBBS/BDS degree from a recognized medical university.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical proficiency in webinar hosting platforms and online collaboration tools.
Prior experience in medical education, event management, or marketing is a plus.
