Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer located in Chennai. The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include supervising construction workers, ensuring quality control, liaising with architects and clients, and solving any issues that arise on-site. The role also entails coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that all project specifications and safety regulations are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Construction Management, Project Management, and Site Supervision
  • Proficiency in interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and worker interaction
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Previous experience with large-scale projects in the corporate or residential sector is a plus
