  • Quality Control & Product Qualification:

  • Coordinate inspection and testing activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage PV lab operations for pre-shipment testing, including report control and revision.
  • Market Intelligence & Business Development:
  • Conduct market research and analysis focused on the Indian PV market.
  • Understand market trends, regulatory impacts, and technological advancements.
  • Prepare market reports and analysis of PV manufacturers and technologies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and client acquisition in India.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Client & Project Management:
  • Manage client relationships and project requirements, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, project management for PV industry.
  • Proven experience in QAQC for solar modules and PV equipment technology.
  • Demonstrated ability in technical advisory and project management within the solar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian PV market, including industry trends and regulatory aspects.
  • Experience with PV manufacturers, developers, and EPC companies in India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities.
