Roles & responsibilities -


  • Establishing partnerships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies) to foster business expansion.
  • Identifying target accounts and arranging meetings for further communication.
  • Drive account mobilization into leads and conversions by mediating between internal and external teams.
  • Development of performance enhancement initiatives tailored for DFEs (Demand Field Executives).
  • Coordinating with hiring agencies and internal teams to ensure adherence to manpower count requirements.
  • Creating reports and presentations for Partnerships and Alliances, with a readiness to travel for securing new deals.
  • Proficient in dashboard management and data collection to oversee the performance of DFEs
