Role Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and creative
Marketing Associate cum Graphic Designer
to join our growing marketing team in Delhi. This hybrid role involves both
creative content design
and
marketing execution
, playing a vital part in how the Valueline brand communicates with clients, collaborators, and the industry at large.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has a good eye for design, understands premium branding, and is comfortable working across both print and digital formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Execution of Marketing Collateral:
  • Create brochures, catalogues, invites, emailers, social media creatives, PR kits, and brand decks that align with Valueline's visual language.
  • Monthly Newsletters:
  • Design and help curate content for internal and external newsletters showcasing new launches, project highlights, and brand updates.
  • In-Store Branding & Signage:
  • Execute visual communication material for experience centres — including product tags, standees, posters, and window graphics.
  • Exhibition & Event Branding:
  • Design branding and print collaterals for design shows, exhibitions, and pop-up events Valueline participates in.
  • Presentation Design:
  • Support the sales and leadership teams with well-structured, visually refined presentations.
  • WhatsApp Creatives:
  • Design weekly WhatsApp DPs and creatives for internal communication, client announcements, and festive greetings.
  • Basic Video Content:
  • Edit and create short-format videos/reels from existing footage for events, product promotions, and Instagram.
  • Coordination with Vendors:
  • Liaise with printers, signage vendors, and exhibition teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of assets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Marketing
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in design or marketing roles
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or similar)
  • Experience in digital marketing formats and knowledge of design trends
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
  • Good aesthetic sense, especially aligned with luxury and design industries
  • Basic content writing and editing skills are a plus
