Job Description: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager


Role Overview


As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Your role involves coordinating with development teams, ensuring robust backend systems, managing frontend integration, and maintaining overall project quality. In addition, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and fostering a collaborative team environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution : Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to meet project goals and deadlines. Ensure all project deliverables are achieved to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and align deliverables with business objectives. Provide clear communication and regular updates on project progress.
  • Backend Development : Design and implement functional requirements in collaboration with development teams. Ensure backend systems are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Frontend Integration : Oversee frontend integration, ensuring a seamless user experience and design consistency. Work closely with frontend developers to deliver high-quality user interfaces.
  • Quality Assurance : Manage testing and quality assurance processes to identify and resolve issues promptly. Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Performance Optimization : Recommend and implement software improvements for performance optimization. Monitor project metrics and implement changes to improve efficiency.
  • Budget Management : Manage project budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency. Track project expenses and ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
  • Client Handling : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address client inquiries, provide project updates, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership and Management : Lead, motivate, and guide project teams effectively. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and team development.


Technical Skills


  • Project Management Experience : 3-7 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in Python development.
  • Python Frameworks : Strong understanding of Python frameworks such as Django and Flask.
  • Cloud Technologies : Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and REST API development.
  • Database and SQL : Proficiency in database and SQL management, with experience in designing and maintaining database structures.
  • Frontend Technologies : Good understanding of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Team Leadership : Strong team handling and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage, motivate, and guide teams effectively.
  • Client Handling : Experience in client relationship management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
