Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team, focusing on the execution and optimization of our paid media campaigns. This mid-level position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of PPC/SEM, display advertising, video advertising on YouTube, and CPM buys on Meta and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B professional services or SaaS, with a preference for experience in the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and Ads in alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and media strategist to refine and implement strategic directions.

Platform Expertise:

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across major advertising platforms, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and platform updates to leverage new features and technologies.

Campaign Optimization:

  • Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to achieve and exceed key performance indicators and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to make informed decisions on campaign adjustments.

Integration with Organic Content:

  • Ensure a cohesive strategy between paid and organic content, aligning with the company's content marketing strategy.
  • Work to achieve messaging synergy across all channels and touchpoints.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across campaigns and platforms.
  • Work closely with the Data Analyst to make data-driven decisions for budget optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Engage in active collaboration with Product Marketers, Data Analysts, and the Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Implement and analyze A/B split tests in coordination with the Graphic Designer and Marketing Operations Lead to optimize campaign visuals and messaging.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to develop insights and strategies for ongoing campaign refinement.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in digital marketing/business Analytics/ Advertising/MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media execution, particularly in a B2B professional services or SaaS environment.
  • Required certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and familiarity with other advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving paid media campaign performance.
  • Proficiency with campaign management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under the direction of a media strategist.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing campaigns based on KPIs.
