Job Description :


- Use ITIL-based IT service management processes, including incident and problem management processes, change management, knowledge management, configuration and release management and ensure relevant activities are carried out to minimise unpredicted impact on production services

- Participate and contribute to IT governance and reporting activities, making timely decisions, delivering content to agreed schedules and maintaining a high level of accuracy

- Attend daily and weekly service management stand-ups and ensure all management inputs are up to date and accurate for key review sessions

- Monitor service queues for assigned incidents, requests, problems and queries to be processed

- Where support and incident management require the involvement of third parties, this role is responsible for coordination and delivery of the activities attributed to the respective third parties.

Business Relationship :

- Basic understanding of SAP Sales, Billing and Finance, Supply Chain process(at least one)

- Active engagement and building of strong business relationships across the business

- Developing the business relationship as trusted advisor with respect to technology solutions, policies and standards

- Utilise opportunities to understand how the ERP and subsystems are being utilised by the business and where opportunities may exist for improvement of information management to drive business benefits or to reduce organisational costs.

Required Attributes for the Role :

- Preparing for and running business process workshops related to reporting and analytics

- Documenting the reporting and analytics

- Configuration of the SAP S/4HANA analytics including data models, ETL and reporting tools Business

- Provide support to all testing activities for the SAP reporting and analytics solution

- Provide expertise and leadership in the design and build of SAP S/4HANA reporting and analytics solutions

- Deep understanding of SAP HANA in-memory technology, columnar database, and innovations.

- Ability to understand complex requirements and architect of end to end analytics solutions comprising of ETL, HANA, and reporting components.

- Hands on experience with CDS views, calculation views, HANA SQL, security using analytical privileges.

- Microsoft Platform knowledge on Azure, Power BI, SQL Server, the Microsoft BI and hybrid/cloud stack is a definite

Plus (not mandatory) :

- Data warehouse solution architecture

- Business process analysis and modelling

- Documentation (business focused, technology focused, and project focused)

- Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing is a definite plus

Requirements for the Role :

- Minimum 8 years native HANA experience.

- SAP BW experience won't be considered

- Ready to upskill and learn MS BI technology / tools.
