Your mission:Customer Focus:Provide proactive communication and support to our valued customers and suppliers, ensuring high service levels at every step.Supply Chain Optimization:Plan and track monthly shipments, monitor inventory, and contribute to continuous process improvements.Order Management:Accurately process sales and purchase orders, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure timely, error-free shipments.Cross-Functional Coordination:Work closely with internal teams and global partners to manage dispatches, resolve discrepancies, and maintain smooth operations.Digital Excellence:Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel skills to manage data, analyze trends, and support decision-makingWho you areStrong technical foundationCandidates should have BTech/ BE degree. Fluent in ERP systems and Excel (you love data and digital tools)Relevant experienceYou should have 6-12 years of experience in SCM, Order Processing, or Sales Coordination (bonus points for automotive or manufacturing exposure.
