What we are looking forWe are looking for a skilled and solutions-oriented candidate to lead our marketing & branding efforts. He/ She will be responsible for crafting creative & compelling brand stories and strategies that deliver results.

Objectives/ KPIs:B2B (Corporates) Lead Generation

(Inbound, Events, Content Marketing, Growth Marketing)Engagement

(for existing clients - working alongside content and creative teams)Brand Building

(Thought leadership content, Partnerships, Online reputation management and User community creation/ engagement)

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective growth strategies for the corporate business.Creating and implementing the marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targetsWork with different marketing & communication teams to generate new ideas and strategies.Formulating lead generation strategy across all inbound and outbound channels, in alignment with business targets and budget.Working with the marketing and creative teams to execute the strategy and deliver results.Experiment and crack

Requirements5+ years of prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of success.Strong experience in B2B Lead Generation, Content Marketing,

MarketingMust be highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
