About Breathe ESG Breathe ESG is an AI-powered sustainability platform that helps companies centralise ESG data, automate reporting, and turn climate commitments into real action. We work with large and mid-market enterprise customers who need a serious, workflow-driven system for ESG and decarbonisation. About the role – Account Executive (3–5 years) We’re hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle in key markets. You’ll prospect, run discovery, deliver demos, structure commercials, and work with our customer success team to get new customers live. This is a target-basedrole with a lot of autonomy and direct access to the founders. Roughly, your time will split across: Client engagement & relationship management New business & opportunity generation Cross-functional collaboration & market intelligence What you’ll do Build a solid working grasp of the product and ESG frameworks and regulations so you can speak credibly about our product. Own relationships with senior stakeholders (CFO, CSO / Head of ESG, Sustainability, Risk, Compliance, Operations). Run structured discovery calls, qualify fit, and guide prospects through evaluation to signed deals and handover. Manage the full sales cycle: outbound and inbound outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closure. Represent Breathe ESG at events, roundtables, and partner forums as a confident spokesperson for the brand. Work with marketing, product, and success to refine messaging, GTM plays, and account strategies. What makes you a good fit 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or other tech-led products. A track record of closing deals and hitting or beating targets. Comfortable running a structured sales process and keeping a clean, up-to-date pipeline in a CRM. Strong consultative selling skills – you ask good questions, listen well, and can map needs to product capabilities. Confident delivering demos and handling questions from senior stakeholders. Excellent written and spoken communication; you can explain complexideas simply. Willing to travel for client meetings and events when needed. Nice to have Exposure to ESG, sustainability, climate-tech, compliance, or enterprise risk. Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
