Job Description:


  • Implement ABA(Applied Behavior Analysis) based programs and developmentally appropriate curriculum designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a one on one at the resource room, as well as in groups.
  • Apply the principles of behavior analysis to work with children who have difficulties with socially significant behaviors. These may include social skills, academics, communication, or personal self-care.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans to reduce socially inappropriate and maladaptive behaviors.
  • Collect and Record data on all target behaviors.
  • Meet with team leaders on a weekly basis to analyze data and revise programs accordingly.
  • Participate in monthly training/workshops.


Qualification :


  • Masters in Psychology/Counselling
  • 1-2 years of experience as Behavior Therapist/School Counsellor
