Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling our products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
As a leader in the company, you will be responsible for shaping brand strategy, managing client communication, and fostering collaboration among the Web, SEO, Content, and Performance Marketing teams.
What we are looking for:
4+years of experience in Digital Marketing Agency
Brand Strategy: Develop, maintain, and evolve overall brand strategies, ensuring timely execution and delivery, supported by regular insights, analysis, and reports.
Revenue Goals: Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, establishing KPIs for tracking client progress.
Innovation: Recommend, design, and implement new projects to enhance clients' digital footprint, staying abreast of industry and technology trends.
Decision-Making: Make informed decisions based on clear priorities, driving value through innovative and effective work methods.
Client Management: Navigate complexities in client management, fostering strong and enduring customer relationships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other functional areas within the company, staying updated on products and services to upsell as appropriate.
Technology Passion: Demonstrate a passion for technology as a catalyst for customer and company growth.
Team Leadership: Effectively lead and motivate Web, SEO, Content, and Graphic teams, ensuring the delivery of top-quality work.
Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, maintaining a 'can-do' attitude while collaborating with internal departments to fulfill client needs.
