Job Purpose

The Sr Finance Analyst will join Quorum’s finance team in delivering critical insights and performing key reporting functions. The Analyst will support the finance leadership team with variance analysis, track operational performance, prepare routine and ad hoc reports/presentations to management, board, lenders, and shareholders including routine and ad hoc reporting to provide insight to the executive leadership team. The role offers significant opportunity for growth and expansion of responsibilities for the right candidate.

What You Will Do:

Prepare Flash and vendor reports including loading data in the reporting system (Adaptive) from NetSuite (ERP) Liaise across departments (Accounting, HR, etc) ensuring results in the reporting systems are accurately captured from the source systems and aligned with business activities Coordinate with other members of the finance team and other departments for ensuring timely production of the monthly board pack Administer the reporting system (Adaptive) Analyze and interpret financial and operational results Perform variance analysis comparing actual vs budget/forecast for assigned areas Build and maintain analytic tools to track performance/trends Contribute to enhancement of policies, procedures, and business practices Assist with other ad hoc tasks as assigned And other duties as assigned.

What to Bring:

BA/BS (or similar) degree in Accounting/Finance, advance degree preferred 5-7 years of Financial Planning & Analysis (or similar) experience Significant experience with reporting systems. Adaptive Insights a huge plus Significant experience with ERP. NetSuite experience a plus Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills Software industry experience a plus Experience working with global teams and different time zones Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment Attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and relentless follow through Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, identify and reconcile gaps in order to report findings and drive decision making Strategic and analytical thinker with superior problem solving and decision-making skills
