As we continue to expand our business, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and support our operations.

About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level Executive Assistant – Sales & Operations to be based at our Bengaluru office. This role will directly support management in handling client communication, preparing proposals, and coordinating between the Bengaluru office, Hyderabad factory, and clients (local & overseas).

Key Responsibilities

Draft and send professional emails, quotations, and proposals based on the Director inputs.

Prepare presentations, reports, and sales documents for clients and business development.

Act as a bridge between the Hyderabad factory and clients, ensuring smooth flow of information and timely updates.

Manage day-to-day client communication (both local and overseas) in a professional and approachable manner.

Support in sales and operational activities, including order confirmations, invoices, and payment follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales documents, and coordination notes.

Assist management in liaising with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners when required.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or executive support roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken) — essential for client communication.
  • Knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage for interacting with local clients and vendors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Gmail).
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing, export, or technology-driven companies will be an added advantage.
Compensation
  • This is a mid-level position with scope for growth.
  • Annual CTC: ₹3.25 – ₹4.5 lakhs, depending on skills and experience.
  • Performance-based increments and incentives may be offered after the probation period.
Work Location & Schedule
  • Location: Bengaluru, India (Office-based at R&D Centre / Corporate Office).
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday (in-office).
  • Saturdays: Work from home.
  • Sunday: Weekly off.
