Job Role: Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Pune

Experience: 5+ years

Required Skills:

- Automation, CI/CD, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Scripting, Python Script, BASH Script, Unix/Linux

Must Have Skills:

- Automation, CI/CD, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Scripting, , Python or BASH or Shell Script, Unix/Linux, ITIL- public and private Cloud offerings (PCF, Azure, AWS etc.), CI/CD and Build pipelines using Jenkins. NoSQL & SQL databases such as Mongo / Oracle/ Postgres.- Microservices- Unix tooling, with strong scripting skills

Good to Have:

- Monitoring and Alerting tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace- Python, Java, GO or equivalent

Responisibilities:

1 Responsible for pipeline build and maintenance in accordance with Customer tooling and conventions

2 Participate in the software development lifecycle, working closely with the development team to ensure that designed solutions meet non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, security and maintainability standards.

3 Maintain services through monitoring of metrics, system health, and analysis of reports.

4 Provide support for production and in-house systems. Participate in on- call Production support rota.

5 Incident management and conducting post incident reviews and 5-Whys analysis.

6 Improve process and systems within the Program.

7 Familiarity defining SLO's and SLA's, Prior experience of working in an SRE/DevOps team and excellent understanding of SRE/DevOps principles. • High degree of initiative and self-motivation, with a willingness to take on challenging opportunities.
