SCM EDP – IT Procurements

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT procurement process including sourcing, vendor identification, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
• Manage procurement of hardware, software, networking equipment, licenses, and IT-related services.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, statutory requirements, and audit guidelines.
• Maintain and update vendor database with pricing, contracts, and performance history.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, and SCM teams for requirement gathering, budget approvals, and timely delivery.
• Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Contracts in ERP/EDP systems.
• Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), license renewals, and warranty tracking for IT assets.
• Support in MIS reporting, cost analysis, and procurement planning for IT requirements.
• Drive cost optimization and vendor performance improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
