Job Role: Regional Manager (Mortgage)DSA VerticalLocation: GujaratCTC: Upto 35 LPAExperience Required: Minimum 8 years of experience in Banking sector.Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead and oversee multiple branches within the designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role demands strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the banking sector.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of branch managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and community partners.Ensure all branches comply with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.Oversee risk management and ensure adherence to compliance standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple branches or teams.Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.Proficient in MS Office Suite and banking software applications.
