Designation : Creative Video Producer Reports to : Senior Creative Producer Position: Full Time  Work Location: Bangalore  Roles & Responsibilities:  End-to-End Video Production: Oversee the production of campaign appeal videos from scripting to final execution. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with Business Development, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to align video content with strategic objectives. NGO Storytelling : Connect with NGOs to capture compelling narratives that inspire donor contributions. Content Strategy & Innovation: Research and implement engaging video formats to drive donations and engagement. Project Management & Timelines : Manage multiple video projects, ensuring high-quality content is delivered on time. Contribute to Social Media ideation in amplification of Donatekart’s campaigns.   Contribute in topical reels, graphics narratives.  Work on aligning Thumbnails and graphic/carousel formats to streamline the feed with marketing team Contribute in anchoring and voice overs of campaign videos. Script and record the scripts for social media videos. Must Have Skills  - Good understanding of narration and scripting - Strong experience in post production - Experience working on videos related to social causes and journalism - Relevant experience with fundraising is a plus - Candidates who graduated from reputable film schools are preferred - Ability to speak Hindi Fluently and script in HindiGood To Have Skills- Good understanding of social media trends - Strong contacts with filmmakers and vendors
