Qualifications:

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst preferably with experience in the healthcare industry, with hands-on experience in EHR, PMS, or other healthcare systems.- Good knowledge of healthcare IT standards and regulatory compliance.- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, JIRA, MS Excel) and strong documentation skills.- Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.- Relevant Certifications will be an advantage
