Overview: The role ofOracle Financials Procure to Pay and Expenses is crucial ineffectively managing and optimizing the financial processes withinthe organization. The position plays a key role in ensuring smoothfinancial operations accurate procurement seamless expensemanagement and overall financial dataintegrity.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Configure maintainand support Oracle Financials Procure to Pay and Expensesmodules.
  • Collaborate with business users togather requirements and translate them into technicalspecifications.
  • Perform system setupsconfigurations and testing for procure to pay and expensesprocesses.
  • Identify and resolve issues relatedto procurement purchasing payables and expensemanagement.
  • Manage system integrations andsupport endtoend procure to pay and expensesprocesses.
  • Conduct user training and provideongoing user support for Oracle Financialsmodules.
  • Participate in system enhancementsupgrades and new module implementations.
  • Ensurecompliance with financial and procurement policies andprocedures.
  • Analyze and optimize procure to payand expenses processes for efficiency andcosteffectiveness.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to drive process improvements and systemenhancements.
  • Generate and analyze financialreports and provide insights fordecisionmaking.
  • Conduct periodic system auditsand support internal/external auditactivities.
  • Stay updated with Oracle Financialsbest practices and new features to drive continuousimprovement.
  • Participate in the resolution ofcomplex system and process issues.
  • Contributeto the overall financial systems roadmap andstrategy.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inFinance Accounting Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Oracle Financials implementation andsupport experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise inOracle Financials Procure to Pay and Expensesmodules.
  • Strong functional knowledge offinancial processes and best practices.
  • Provenexperience in gathering and documenting businessrequirements.
  • Ability to translate businessrequirements into technicalspecifications.
  • Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills.
  • Effective communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Experience in processimprovement and system optimization.
  • Ability towork collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
  • Knowledge of financial policiesregulations and compliancerequirements.
  • Ability to conduct endusertraining and provide ongoingsupport.
  • Experience in financial reporting anddata analysis.
