Design and develop collections of European/us market's brands that align with brand aesthetics and target market preferences.Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market developments to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and competitive.Create detailed sketches and illustrations of design concepts, incorporating graphics and prints where necessary.Range Planning & Development, New Embroidery Concepts Development, Buyer Interactions, Buyer Presentation's, New Fabric Development, Sourcing Prints & FabricsResponsible for design conceptualization in line with the customers needsDeveloping prints and embroidery with different techniques in trendy motifConduct research on fabrics, trims, and embellishments, considering cost implications and sourcing options.Participate in fittings and sample reviews, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments to prototypes.Maintain organized records of design concepts, sketches, and specifications for reference and future use.Assist in other design-related tasks and projects as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.6 to 9 years of experience in fashion design, specifically in Kids wear designing.Strong proficiency in illustrations and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).Excellent understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity and innovation.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
