Senior Network Security Engineer - Bangalore on-site only

ONLY Fortinet and Cisco certified network engineer with 5+ years experience

Language: Fluent English required


Professional Requirements:

· 5+ years of work experience including professional knowledge and hands-on expertise in managing Fortinet network security environments (ie. NSE certification an advantage)

· Proven experience in managing, operating and securing large international global networks

· Experience working with large ISPs, enterprise networks and cloud provider environments

· Proven knowledge in WAN, LAN troubleshooting, escalation and resolution

· Experience in designing and implementing MPLS Layer 2 / Layer 3 international networks

· Hands-on expertise with Cisco routers and switches

· Proficiency in advanced networking protocol configurations including SD-WAN, scripts, automation, etc.

· Advanced knowledge in network monitoring tools (ie. Solarwinds, etc)

· 2nd Level real-time support and escalation to resolve service issues and high-level troubleshooting

· Ability to organize and maintain detailed analysis and documentation of company technical information and data

· Advanced knowledge in support, repair and replacing network and security hardware

· Support, purchase and upgrade technical IT inventory

· Document IT procedures and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory

· Multitasking, ability to cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment and deadline-driven situations

· Strong planning and organizing skills

· Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, management, and peers

· Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

· Availability for urgent issues outside of working hours
