Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes 5. Experience in Successfactors Integration with SAP for Payroll and Benefits 6. Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to understand and document current HR processes and future requirements for the Employee Central module. 7. Managing the integration of Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems 8. Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmapblueprint development 9. Understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets 10. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management 11. Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving. 12. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas. 13. Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage 14. Experince in Successfactors Integration Center 15. Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirementsGood-to-Have 1. Knowledge in intelligent Services 2. Experience in other modules including Core HR, Time and Attendance etc. is an added advantage. 3. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customers current process and future state requirements and support in presales
