Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Professor in the Marketing Department to engage in teaching, training, mentoring, and research activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, a passion for education, and the ability to inspire and guide students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching:

- Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars in various marketing subjects.- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments.- Utilize innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

1. Training and Mentoring:

- Provide academic and career guidance to students.- Support students in their projects, internships, and placements.- Organize workshops and training sessions on relevant marketing skills and trends.

1. Research:

- Conduct original research in the field of marketing, aiming for publication in reputable journals.- Collaborate with faculty and industry professionals on research projects.- Present research findings at conferences and seminars.

1. Administrative Responsibilities:

- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.- Engage in community outreach and industry partnerships.- Assist in accreditation processes and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in Marketing or a related field (preferred); a Master’s degree with relevant experience may be considered.- Strong understanding of current marketing trends and practices.- Proven record of teaching excellence and student engagement.- Experience in research and publication in reputable journals.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
