Role: US Accounting ManagerExperience: Min 8+yrsLocation: Ahmedabad (Local/Currently)Job Description:Manage the Team of Timesheet & BillingEnter Timesheets & Create invoices for Consultants - VMO & NVMOPrepare the Monthly Accruals report for unapproved hoursProviding Monthly Hours & Sales reportsClose coordination with the Payroll, Audit, and Assignment TeamSubmit Misc Invoices for Bonus, Expenses, Conversion Fees, Perm Placement Fees, PTO & Background Check, and Drug Test amount. & follow up for approval.Booking Invoices for Miscellaneous Income/Revenue in the Accounting systemValidate & provide accurate hours & Adjustment details to the Payroll team to process payroll on time.Approve Payroll Adjustments, Billing Adjustments/Credit NotesValidate ACH requests for the candidate’s missing payManage Timesheet Pay-related issues/escalationsCoordinate with AM & Sales Team to resolve long overdue pending hours approvalsMonitor Audit queries and responses to ensure on-time closure of open audit itemsReview Contracts for Accounting clauses i.e., Billing, MSP Fees, Discounts,
