JOB ROLE: Senior Python Developer (4–7 Years of Experience) Location: Onsite (5 Days a Week) Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with strong experience in building scalable backend systems, distributed pipelines, and microservices. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with modern data and messaging technologies, containerization, and cloud-based deployment environments. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and optimize high-performance backend services and APIs. • Work with event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS. • Build and manage microservices integrated with document databases and vector stores. • Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes. • Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving overall engineering quality. Mandatory Skills: • Python (Strong expertise in backend application development) • Kafka / RabbitMQ / SQS (Message queue systems) • Mongo / Cosmos / Couch DB / Any other Document Database • Elastic Search / Open Search / Qdrant / Any other Vector DB (Optional but Preferred) • FastAPI / Flask / Django / Any other Python-based Web Frameworks • Docker / Kubernetes (Containerization & orchestration) Good to Have: • Basic ML Knowledge (Understanding of model lifecycle and serving concepts) • GPU Experience (Containerization and runtime optimization) Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
