Job Title: Waitress (Muscat, Oman)
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional waitress to join our team. As a waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by providing excellent customer service. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and answer questions about menu items and promotions. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, efficient, and attentive to detail.
Responsibilities:
Greet and escort customers to their tables.
Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
Take accurate food and drink orders, using a POS system.
Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure all items are served on time.
Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any issues to management.
Deliver checks and collect payments.
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a neat and presentable appearance throughout your shift.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Upsell additional products when appropriate.
Get google review and feedback
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a waitress or similar role in a restaurant.
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail for order accuracy and presentation.
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma; additional training or certification is a plus.
