Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Hardware Engineer at Srushty Global Solutions located in Chennai. As a Senior Hardware Engineer , you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to hardware design, development, and testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.



Handle hardware design involving analog & digital circuit design with 8/16/32-bit Micro controllers.

Board bring up, root cause & bug tracking.

Hardware iteration & Version control

Strong Components selection ability and justification to review team.



Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Electrical or a related field

Proven experience in embedded hardware design and development

Expertise in microcontrollers, microprocessors, sensors, and communication protocols

IOT product development

Familiarity with PCB design and layout

PCB bring-up experience in STM, ESP32, Nordic

IOT product development

Lab tools DSOs, Multimeters, etc.,

Knowledge on EMI/EMC Testing, Safety Standards

Familiarity with programming languages such as C and C++ is a plus

Experience with hardware debugging and testing tools

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment



Additional qualifications and certifications related to embedded systems and hardware design are highly desirable.
