As an UI Manager, you will lead our frontend development efforts and drive exceptional user experiences. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead a team of passionate developers, shape product strategy, and contribute to forward-looking and expanding projects.


Responsibilities :


  • Lead and mentor front-end tech leads and developers, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Drive UI product development aligned with company goals and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement within the UI development team.
  • Partner with the DevOps team to ensure the implementation of DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, Dockerization, and Kubernetes orchestration, to streamline UI development and deployment workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve complex challenges, promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Lead usability testing, research, and prototyping for user-centric design and product improvement.


Qualifications :


  • 10+ years of experience in UI and software development, with a proven track record of leading high-performing UI development teams with Proficiency in prototyping and wireframing tools such as Figma.
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of JavaScript and HTML, including frameworks like Angular and ReactJS, HTML5, Typescript, Tailwinds and CSS3, with proficiency levels clearly defined.
  • Familiarity with web3, js visualization tools/services like d3js, ag-grid, etc., and knowledge of automated testing & TDD using Karma/Jasmine/Jest.
  • Technical knowledge of server-side web application frameworks.
  • Experience or familiarity with Design Systems and Storybooks is a plus and GenAI and ML technologies are advantageous.
  • Staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with new front-end visualization and component libraries e.g. mapbox, plotly, highcharts, observable or components such as AG grid etc.
  • Passionate about leveraging cutting-edge GenAI and LLM (Large Language Models) technologies to tackle existing challenges and pioneer innovative solutions.
