Job Description Office Assistant (German
Language Expertise)
Position Title: Office Assistant German Language
Company: VR Coatings Pvt. Ltd. (VRCPL)
Location: Pune, India (Work from Office permanent role)
Reporting to: Sales & Operations Manager
Role Purpose
To support VR Coatings international business operations by handling German-
language communication, translating technical literature, and providing sales back-
office assistance.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate technical literature, manuals, and documents from English to
German and vice versa with accuracy.
• Interact with customers in Germany and India to support sales, service, and
coordination activities.
• Provide back-office support for sales: preparing quotations, proposals, order
processing, and follow-up.
• Assist in drafting and maintaining German-language communication (emails,
letters, presentations).
• Liaise with internal teams (sales, service, operations) for smooth customer
coordination.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Arts/Business Administration
preferred).
• German Language Proficiency: Minimum B2 or C1 level certification
(Goethe-Institut or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in office administration, translation, or sales support will be
an added advantage.
• Candidate must be from Pune or willing to relocate.
