Position: Senior Software Test Engineer (Manual & Automation Testing)Experience: 5-8 YearsLocation: Pune (Hybrid/Remote)Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST (5 days a week)

Job Description:• Must have 5-6 years of relevant experience in Manual Testing, API Testing using Postman, Database testing using SQL Server Management Studio, UI automation testing using Robot Framework/Selenium, Basic understanding and hands-on performance testing experience is a plus.• Must have creative problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.• Must possess strong manual testing experience and troubleshooting skills.• Work as part of an Agile software development team to implement all phases of the SDLC.• Responsible for planning, creating, and executing manual and automated software test activities.• Initiate discussions with Product stakeholders to review testing parameters.• Perform in-depth API testing in Postman to ensure functionality and performance.• Analyze product requirements and develop effective, focused test cases.• Must be able to create, maintain and expand the existing automated regression suites to support ongoing Product Development for software releases.• Collaborate with development team during the refinement and implementation phases to develop the best test approach incorporating the appropriate level of testing while understanding test coverage.• Participate in Agile sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-up, and retrospective meetings.• Ensure that code changes are promoted in a quality manner and perform necessary testing to ensure no adverse impact to production environment.• Identify and log defects in a designated bug tracking system and drive related discussions with development team.• Employ system tools to triage and document test failures, identifying the source of the failure, and providing steps to reproduce.• Must have creative problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.• Conduct database testing using SQL Server Management Studio.• UI – Robot Framework / Selenium (OOPS concepts) experience.• Basic understanding and hands-on performance testing experience is a plus.
