Role : ServiceNow Architect/ Platform Owner


We are looking for established ServiceNow architect with 12+ years of experience working with ServiceNow. Candidate should be an expert of ServiceNow platform capabilities and implementation experience on below modules.


Must Have Module Expertise:

  • ITSM (IT Service Management)
  • ITOM (IT Operations Management)
  • SPM (Service Portfolio Management)

Good To Have:

  • CSM
  • App Engine Studio
  • HRSD

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) on ITSM, SPM and ITOM
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)


Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and SPM implementation, ITIL best practices, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript), and custom application design.

Extensive experience with integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

Job Profile:

  • Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM and SPM aligning with industry best practices and business needs.
  • Custom Development: Oversee the development of custom applications, modules, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform to support IT service delivery and operations.
  • Integration Management: Architect and manage complex integrations between ServiceNow and various IT systems, including configuration management databases (CMDBs), monitoring tools, and other ITOM components.
  • Platform Governance: Establish and enforce governance policies, security standards, and best practices for the ServiceNow environment, ensuring compliance with ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of ServiceNow in the ITSM, ITOM and SPM modules.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation projects, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting workshops, and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ServiceNow development teams, driving the adoption of best practices and architectural guidelines.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of platform architecture, configurations, and integration strategies.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Maintain relationships with ServiceNow vendors and stay updated on platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing : Conduct training sessions and workshops for IT teams and Business stakeholders on ServiceNow capabilities.
