Job Title: Personal AssistantDepartment: Administration (IGCSE School)Reports To: Chairman Ma'amSummary:The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Chairman. This includes tasks such as managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing the firm's filing system. Responsibilities:Assists the Chairman with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.Communicates with the general staff on the Chairman’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with all relevant department including subsidiary company.Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with working partners. Qualifications:10+ years of experience in office administration or human resources.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and accuracy.Location: Sarjapur Road, BengaluruIf you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this position..
