Description

We are looking for a

Lead Salesforce Health Cloud Engineer

to join our team and support our project focused on developing a unified platform.In this role, you will use your extensive experience and knowledge of Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design and implement custom solutions for our clients, ensuring the highest quality and performance standards.#LI-DNIResponsibilities

Lead the design and development of custom solutions for healthcare providers using Salesforce Health Cloud and other Salesforce Primary CloudsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project deliveryProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their growth and developmentDesign and implement custom sharing and sharing calculations for large volumes of dataDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and data mappingsEnsure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations in all solutions developed

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related disciplineExpertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and healthcare industry standards and regulationsStrong understanding of asynchronous apex and integrations with external systemsAbility to design, develop, and deploy app exchange packages for SalesforceExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level

Experience with Salesforce communities and portalsSalesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Developer, Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Architect
