Job Description :


We are currently seeking a talented Tandem Developer to join our team and support one of our esteemed clients in Pune.

In this role, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining critical applications on the Tandem platform.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using TAL/C++ and TACL programming languages.

- Work with BASE24 or CONNEX switch technologies.

- Possess a strong understanding of ISO8583 message formats and protocols.

- Utilize simulators like VTS, SIM++, or ASSET for development and testing purposes.

- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

- Maintain and enhance existing Tandem codebase.

- Document code and technical specifications clearly and concisely.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Tandem application development.

- Strong proficiency in TAL/C++ and TACL programming languages.

- Experience working with BASE24 or CONNEX switch technologies.

- In-depth knowledge of ISO8583 messages and their structure.

- Working experience with development and testing simulators like VTS, SIM++, or ASSET.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
