MFI Role Description Responsible for sourcing new loan customers and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers, Performing detailed background reference checks on prospective Clients, including but not limited to suppliers, customers, and competitors of the company Managing a team of analysts, conducting client meetings, site visits, evaluating prospective customers and market, understanding clients requirements, structuring proposals/deals within company's guidelines Relate well to different types of customers and adapt his/her style to ensure that the customer is comfortable with the NBFC, Easily establish relationship with customers and build a rapport Ensure and follow up with the banks for timely disbursement and collection of loans ,Willing to travel.

Experience level: 0 to 4 years.
