Job Description
We are seeking a Consultant - Order to Cash (OTC) with expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to join our global SAP program. The consultant will collaborate with Order to Cash business partners to align SAP SD solutions with business needs. This role primarily focuses on Order Management, Contract Management, Supply Assignment, Outbound Delivery Management, Pricing, and Returns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP SD processes and possess significant experience in SAP S4 Fashion or related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Implementation (80%)
- Design, configure, and test SAP SD solutions for Order Management (standard, consignment, third party), contract management, supply assignment, outbound delivery management, pricing, and returns.
- Develop and deploy innovative business processes to enhance SAP SD functionalities.
- Integrate SAP distribution solutions with external Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Business Relationship Management (10%)
- Partner with executive and director-level business leaders to identify needs, capture detailed requirements, and deliver tailored SAP SD solutions.
- Build strong relationships across functions to mediate and resolve issues effectively.
Incident & Request Escalation (10%)
- Provide timely support for escalated incidents and requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with the technical team and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Expertise:
- 7–10 years of experience designing and implementing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions.
- 5+ years of SAP SD implementation experience in a fashion company using SAP AFS, FMS, or S4 Fashion.
- In-depth understanding of SAP SD processes, including:
- Order Management: Standard, consignment, and third-party.
- Contract Management: Call-offs and supply assignment.
- Outbound Delivery Management, Pricing, and Returns.
- Experience with integration between SAP SD and external Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of S4/HANA FIORI Tiles, Launch Pad, Transactional Apps, and Personas.
Project Experience:
- Experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle ERP Transformation Programs.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable solutions in dynamic business environments.
Soft Skills:
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to build relationships and mediate conflicts across functions.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies.
- Effective communication skills to work with senior business partners and technical teams.
