Vendor code Creation & Vendor onboarding with CPM17 process

I am working on GST reconciliation in monthly basis, and contacting vendors for timely GST payment.

E Agreement , I am doing agreements for all required services and resources in APTS and renewing the same in time with proper CPM 17 documentation

I am doing inventory audits at our stores when required

I am doing open PO review and Open RNV review for every 3 months

Processing Advances to employees for outstation travels

Processing advances for vendors and collect bills for knock of the advances

I am taking care timely payments of Utilities (electricity bills, telephone bills

I am collecting Time tickets and checking the same properly and sending for Data entry in Bangalore

I am preparing and sending payroll inputs every month for APTS employees

I am collecting Leave letters and giving input to enter in system at RO

I am looking employees R&R activities for APTS , procuring gift coupons, preparing certificates etc.…

All Statutory payments I am taking care to happened timely (trade license renewal, PT returns filing, All CLRA licenses renewal ,and new license initiation

I am visiting customer sites monthly and we are submitting compliance documents to them.

I am managing entire APTS offices from here through house keeping team and security and arranging things for office when required and keep offices clean

Processing Reliving formalities to left employees

supporting to getEmployee retiral benefits with in the time.

I am supporting for employee onboarding, pre medical checkup, asset allocation, system access providing , mobile sim allocation etc..

I am supporting for entire office staff requirements in office like printer proper working, internet, office electricity, Sim card issues with airtel, wash rooms etc.…

I am supporting for guests , hotel booking, car booking and food arrangements

I am supporting to all employees when required for health cards, hospitalization insurance approvals , bills claiming etc..

I am supporting for Employees PF pension for left employees and PF Loans for present employees

I am procuring Uniforms , rain coats and safety jackets every year and distributing and sending to up coutry areas.
