Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will take a lead role in recruitment, drive employee engagement initiatives, oversee performance management processes, and contribute to building and implementing effective HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent for various roles within the company.
• Develop and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage and monitor performance appraisal cycles, provide guidance to managers and employees, and ensure timely feedback and development plans.
• Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll and statutory compliance activities as needed.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and support organizational growth.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in the construction or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32, ₹36,000.00 per month
