The team leader will also support the division in the provision of timely and accurate business and waiting list management functions and information. The team leader will be able to demonstrate initiative, a commitment to excellence, strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities, the capacity to communicate effectively with stakeholders and a strong team focus to assist is in the delivery of day-to-day operations. This role will work collaboratively with the Surgical Liaison Nurses, ADON – Surgical Scheduling and the Operations Manager.
