Responsibilities

Support development efforts through information gathering, analysis, and engagement with end users. Engage in programming, analysis, and collaborative teamwork. Conduct cross-platform optimization for various digital mediums, such as desktop and mobile. Oversee both front-end architecture and back-end programming. Modify software to rectify errors, adapt to new hardware, enhance performance, or update interfaces. Manage system testing and validation procedures. Demonstrate coaching and mentoring abilities to ensure high-quality application completion by the team. Collaborate with project managers to gather information regarding limitations or capabilities. Conduct regular code reviews and participates in peer reviews as needed.

Requirements

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or business field (e.g., Information Technology) is a prerequisite, coupled with a robust comprehension of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Applicants must possess a minimum of 8 years of IT experience, covering software analysis, development, and implementation, showcasing proficiency across multiple programming languages. Additionally, candidates should exhibit expertise in Full Stack development, Roll-out, and Production Support, along with a comprehensive understanding of various platforms and software development tools. Competence in front-end and back-end programming languages such as SharePoint, SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automation, Python, .NET, C#, JavaScript, etc., is imperative. While knowledge of mobile app frameworks is desirable, exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential. Prior exposure to SAP would be advantageous.
