Education Qualification: BE / B Tech in Biotechnology

Years of Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Accountable and Responsible for :

- Review & Plan for the Customer approved URS and Technical Offer- Plan & Participate in Internal Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) & Commit a Delivery Date- Plan & Participate in Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) with customer & Commit a Delivery Date- Prepare, Follow-up & Close the List of Queries and Deviation from approved URS, if any- Asist in Planning, Study approved P&ID and draw up a Plan for execution- Prepare & Close Functional Design Specification (FDS)- Prepare & Close Valve Matrix (VM) & Equipment Modules (EM)- Prepare & Close Associated Documents as Annexure to FDS- Review & Finalise FDS, VM and Associated Documents- Follow-up, Close & Submit Documents (FDS, VM, Annexures to FDS and Operational Manuals) to QA for approval- Participate to Plan & Commit a Delivery Date with Customer for finalisation of Control Philosophy & FDS- Co-ordinate with Third Party Aggregators and Ensure complete & error-free Deliverables- Conduct, Document & Finalise Simulation Testing with Third Party Aggregators- Follow-up, Review Meetings with Customer & Close, Submit Screen Shots to the customer- Update & Finalise the Development Programme based on Simulation Testing and Review Meeting with Customer.- Conduct, Ensure & Close Bench Test with Customer- Comply & Close Results/Findings of the Bench Test- Participate, Document & Close Pre-FAT activity- Comply & Close Results / Findings of Pre- FAT- Participate, Document & Close FAT activity- Comply & Close Results / Findings of FAT- Handover all approved Documents to designated C&Q Engineer- Support On-line and/or if required by visiting the Customers' Site- Review & Plan for Scope of Modification Works and/or Service Requirements- Participate, Commit a Plan and Delivery Date and Finalise Scope with Customer- Prepare/Update & Finalise all relevant Documents (FDS, VM, Handshake, Annexures etc.)- Co-ordinate, Plan & Ensure Third Party Aggregators- Co-ordinate, Conduct, Plan & Ensure Simulation Testing with Third Party Aggregators- Co-ordinate, Conduct, Plan & Ensure Bench Test with Customer, if required- Support On-line and/or if required by visiting the Customers' Site- Participate & Commit a Plan and Delivery Date to Finalise the Standardised P&ID- Prepare, Finalise & Close FDS, VM, EM, Handshakes & Annexures- Co-ordinate, Plan, Conduct & Ensure Simulation with the Standardization Team.- Co-ordinate, Participate & Ensure Internal Review Meetings for Finalizing the requirements of Standardization- Participate, Document & Close Standardization FAT
