Send in your updated resume along with your Current CTC & Notice Period details on : Crew SchedulerLocation: Mumbai ( Andheri East)Industry Type: Aviation Service Providing Firm dealing with FreightersKey Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain schedules for Loadmasters in alignment with operational requirements.- Manage last-minute changes such as flight delays, cancellations, Loadmaster swaps, and load adjustments.- Coordinate Trainings for Loadmaster scheduling in line with recurrent and initial training sessions.- Ensure compliance with Aviation regulatory duty and rest limitations.- Maintain accurate records of all scheduling activities and crew/LM assignments as per company process SOP.- Adjust schedules proactively in response to operational disruptions, weather, maintenance issues, or client requirements.- Support LM scheduling plan by coordinating aircraft weight and balance data with assigned Loadmasters.- Maintain crew rosters and ensure all scheduling documentation is up to date.- Understand country specific immigration requirements and restrictionsQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree any stream preference to (Aviation Management or related field)Minimum 5+ years’ experience in aviation operations or crew scheduling or LM scheduling, or flight coordination.Strong understanding of air cargo operations,Candidates understanding loadmaster functions and aircraft weight & balance principles will be preferred
