The candidate will own end-to-end as-is/to-be data mapping, lead a team of analysts, and drive cross-functional coordination with business, IT, and vendor teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Team Lead / Project Lead for the Data Warehouse renewal/migration projectLead and deliver as-is and to-be data mapping activitiesManage overall planning, execution, timelines, and quality of deliverablesCoordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendorsSupervise, mentor, and coach team membersDefine requirements, perform gap analysis, and support data migration activitiesEnsure high-quality documentation and adherence to banking governance standardsMust-Have Experience & SkillsTotal Experience: 10+ yearsRelevant DWH Experience in Corporate Banking / Banking Operations domain: 5+ yearsHands-on 3+ years in: – As-is / To-be data mapping – Data Warehouse / Data Mart projects in banking – DWH system renewal or large-scale data migration/transformationProven track record in project planning, execution, and team leadershipStrong stakeholder management with business, IT, and vendorsExcellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownershipStrong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop team membersExcellent communication (verbal & written) and collaboration skillsPreferred ProfileCandidates currently based in: – Mumbai (Central or Harbour line preferred) – Chennai (within 20 km radius of Perungudi preferred)Immediate joiners or max up to 60 days noticeCandidates who have led banking DWH renewal/transformation projectsThis is a high-visibility leadership role with excellent growth and long-term career prospects in a leading banking environment.Interested candidates, please share your updated CV with the subject line:“DWH Analyst – Corporate Banking – (Your Name) – (Current Location) – (Notice Period)”Looking forward to onboarding a rockstar leaderMail me your updated profile to
