Senior Analyst – Enterprise Intune Admin

Key Responsibilities- Microsoft Intune Administration- Manage Intune Tenant and hybrid endpoints (Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome, Mobile).- Design role-based access in Intune.- Work with mobile threat defense tools (Symantec, Microsoft Defender).- Manage compliance and configuration policies, applications, and app protection.- Create Power BI reports using Intune audit data.- Mobile Device Administration- Handle enrollment workflows and mobile app lifecycle.- Troubleshoot device issues and policies.- Support Zero Touch and Automatic Device Enrollment.- Windows Platform Administration- Manage Modern Desktop, Intune, Autopilot, and Co-management.- Troubleshoot deployments, task sequences, and patching.- Work with Active Directory, GPOs, and O365 deployment.- Client & Operations- Interact with clients and provide solutions.- Monitor tickets using ServiceNow and resolve issues.- Work in rotational shifts and 24x7 on-call support when required.- Other Responsibilities- Collaborate with teams and maintain documentation.- Train new staff on technical processes.- Ensure compliance and security standards.Requirements- Education: Bachelor’s Degree- Experience: 5+ years in IT with strong skills in Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager.- Technical Skills: Microsoft Intune, Modern Desktop Management, Windows Autopilot.- Preferred: Microsoft certifications, experience with Azure, MFA, Power BI, PowerShell, Python, Power Automate.
