We're Hiring: Architect Designer | Wadala, Mumbai


Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Create innovative architectural designs for residential, and mixed-use projects.

Develop concepts using sketches, CAD drawings, and 3D models.

Project Planning:

Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and requirements.

Prepare detailed layouts, plans, elevations, and sections.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.

Software Expertise:

Utilize design software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient practices in designs.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals.

Coordinate design elements with structural, electrical, and mechanical requirements.

Site Visits and Inspections:

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure design alignment with plans.

Address design and construction challenges effectively.


✨ Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

3-5 years of experience in architectural design (residential projects preferred).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D visualization software.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building systems.


Skills & Competencies:

Excellent design and visualization skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.
