Position:-Lead Data ArchitectCompany: ACL DigitalExperience: 10 to 15 yearsNotice Period: 30 to 45 days Location: Pune(Balewadi)Job Description:-Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in data engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of leading large-scale data projects.Extensive experience in designing and implementing data architectures, data pipelines, and ETL processes.Prior experience in a leadership or management role within a data engineering team.Technical Skills: Expertise in data engineering tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop, and cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure, GCP).Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration techniques.Experience with big data technologies and frameworks is highly desirable.Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is preferred.
