The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and a strong understanding of enterprise IT workflows. This role involves leading technical implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various modules.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CRM, S2P, FSO, and GRC/IRM.- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, configuration, and security.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 7 to 13 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.- Strong hands-on experience in modules such as:- ITSM (IT Service Management)- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)- ITAM (IT Asset Management)- ITOM (IT Operations Management)- S2P (Source to Pay)- FSO (Field Service Operations)- GRC/IRM (Governance, Risk & Compliance / Integrated Risk Management)Custom DevelopmentApp Engine- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript), workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.- Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is mandatory.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to lead technical discussions and drive project delivery.Preferred Qualifications:- Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, GRC).- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.- Exposure to global enterprise environments and client-facing roles.Why Join WNS Vuram?- Be part of a fast-growing Appian and ServiceNow-focused organization.- Work on cutting-edge digital transformation projects.- Enjoy a collaborative and innovation-driven culture.- Opportunities for career growth and certifications
