Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Bhopal. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, providing solutions and recommendations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, and handling client queries and issues. The Account Executive will also be involved in preparing reports, analyzing account performance, and developing strategies for account growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in account management, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills for preparing reports and analyzing account performance
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client queries efficiently
  • Relevant experience in the manpower or human resources industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
